Meet our community of training and support providers

There are lots of different people who visit Reach on a daily and weekly basis, with the aim of helping you find work or figure out your next steps. Visiting Reach for the first time, you’ll notice there are quite a few different people dotted around.

Our colleagues work at the front desk, and they can help you book an appointment, give you a tour and explain how Reach works. But you’ll meet some of our training providers too.

To introduce some of the different faces you might see in Reach, we spoke to Natasha from Catch22 about the different ways the organisation can help you.

  • How often are you based in Reach?

You can find me in Reach once a week.

  • Tell us a bit more about Catch22 and what you offer?

Catch22 has partnered with Barclays LifeSkills to provide individuals aged 16+, who are not yet work ready, with bespoke pre-employment support. We help them to make the connections needed to get into work.

This also includes one-to-one mentoring with a personal advisor, motivation and confidence building. We also provide training and support their entry into apprenticeships, employment and workshops covering topics such as problem solving and team building, communication skills and workplace confidence, and how to give a great interview.

  • How do you help people visiting Reach?

We work in partnership with other providers to provide a bespoke 1-2-1 support package.

  • How does it feel when you help turn someone’s life around/help them achieve their goals?

I feel a sense of achievement, and excitement for the individuals to start their journey.

  • What would you say to someone who didn’t feel confident coming along to speak to you or wasn’t sure if you could help?

There is always a service for everyone. We will signpost and always encourage you to look at other options.

Stay connected

There are lots of ways that you can get in touch with us. If you would like to visit us in person, we’d love to meet you!
